FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Born and raised in San Jose, Lyn Tran, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Lyn brings a collaborative approach to healthcare and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to help patients achieve better health outcomes.
Her commitment to continued education and clinical excellence allows her to bring current knowledge, compassionate care, and a well-rounded perspective to every patient she serves.
Lyn has continued to build upon her nursing background through advanced graduate education and Family Nurse Practitioner training. She completed her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner program at Vanderbilt University following her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco.
This advanced training supports her ability to evaluate patients, participate in comprehensive treatment planning, and work collaboratively with the clinical team while maintaining a strong focus on individualized care.
